of the several election districts of the county or wards
of the several cities, to arrest all persons whom they
may see violating any of the sections of this act, and

dealt with as this act directs.

199. Any person or persons who shall shoot, kill or
destroy any hawk or owl shall, by taking the said hawk
or owl, or the head of said hawk or owl, before any
justice of the peace of said county, as evidence of said
killing or destroying, shall receive an order upon the
tax collector of Allegany county for one dollar, and the
said tax collector of Allegany county shall pay and re-
turn the same as he would money paid for any other
purpose, and the said justice of the peace shall destroy
said head, so it cannot again be used fraudulently.

200. The surveyor of Allegany county shall be en-
titled to charge for his individual services under war-
rant of survey or re-survey, directed from the land
office, under orders or warrants of re-survey, directed
from the courts of law and under orders from courts
of equity, a per diem of five dollars for each day he
may necessarily be engaged in performing the duty the
said orders or warrants enjoin on the said surveyor,
and where the same shall be required by the person
for whom the services shall be rendered, shall state his
account of such services under oath.
