Sub-Sec. 2. The said bailiff shall have the same
power and receive the same fees as constable in Alle-
gany county, for making arrests or serving any pro-
cess for" violation of the ordinances of the town, or in
the discharge of his duties as bailiff.

86. All fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed by
this charter, or any ordinance of said town, may be
recovered in the name of the mayor and councilmen
of Frostburg, before the mayor or any justice of the
peace as small debts, and shall be paid to the mayor
and councilmen for the use of the town.

87. The mayor and councilmen of the town of Frost-
burg shall have power to require license from all cir-
cuses, menageries, theatrical and other exhibitions for
gain exhibiting in said town ; they shall have power to
require license from the owners and keepers of hacks,
carts, wagons, drays and every description of wheel
vehicle and carriage kept for hire in said town ; also
from auctions, stores, hawkers and peddlers.

88. The said corporation shall not issue any device,
token, note, certificate or evidence of debt to be used
as currency.

house of Baltimore and Ohio railroad company's shops,

dred feet to the county road, then north twenty-one and
