tax commissioners of said county may, in their dis-
cretion, from time to time allow to be levied and

collected according to law; provided, the said com-
missioners do not at any time allow more than the
sum of fifty cents per day for each person.

75. He shall be allowed a fee of one dollar for

county in addition to the amounts allowed him
