ART. 13. ] HOWARD COUNTY.
SCHOOLS.

1S64, c. 316 adds the following:

92. The donations heretofore granted by laws or
resolutions to the Harford county academy, situated
in Bel-Air, in said county, and the donations here-
tofore granted to the Cokesbury or Abdingdon
academy, in said county, are hereby withdrawn, and
the same are hereby added to the public school fund
of said county, for the support of the public schools
thereof.

In force from March 7, 1864.

NOTE —See the act of 1865, c 160, Public General Laws, Art. —, Public Instruction, by which
all laws inconsistent therewith are repealed.

SHEEP.

1862. c. 214 repeals sections 118, 119, 121, 122, 123, 121, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130,
131, 132, and 133 of this article relating to sheep.

SHERIFF.

1864, c. 162 provides that the sheriff of Harford county shall be allowed by the
county commissioners of said county, for boarding each prisoner confined in jail, a
sum not exceeding ten cents per day, in addition to what be is now allowed by
section one hundred and thirty-five of this article. This act expired by limitation
on February 18, 1866.
