CIRCUIT COURT.

1865, c. 93 amends section 23 as follows:

1805, c 93.
Terms.

SEC. 23. There shall be three terms of the circuit
court of Harford county in each year, commencing
respectively on the second Monday in February, the
second Monday in May and the second Monday in
November.

In force from March 17, 1865.

COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

1864, c 343 which repealed section 28, relating to the Pay and Mileage of county
commissioners, and enacted a substitute therefor, is repealed by 1866, c. 134 which
provides a uniform compensation for county commissioners throughout the state.
