211. Any person may impound any swine found
going at large in the limits of said district belonging
to any inhabitant thereof, and the owner of such

of fifty cents per head for every twenty-four hours
such swine may have been impounded; and any

swine so impounded shall be advertised by notice in
writing set up at two of the most public places in
the district.

212. If any swine shall remain so impounded for
five days after notice given as aforesaid, the party so
impounding it may sell the same at public sale after
two days' notice, as provided in the preceding sec-
tion, for the payment of costs and expenses, includ-
ing the said fifty cents per day.

Disputes, how
decided.

213. All disputes arising between the owner of
any swine and the person impounding them, shall
be determined by a justice of the peace for said
county, who may summon witnesses and decide the
matter in controversy.

, 214. The citizens of Warwick in Cecil county, are
a body politic, by the name of the president and
commissioners of the town of Warwick, and as such,
may sue and be sued, and do all other acts as natu-
ral persons; may purchase and hold real, per-
sonal and mixed property, and dispose of the same
for the benefit of said town, and may have and use
a common seal, which may be broken and altered at
pleasure.
