any court of law, and to make all such by-laws neces-
sary for the purposes herein mentioned.

and collect a tax on all the taxable property within
the limits of the incorporation created by this act, for

to vote for commissioners of the said town of Tem-
pleville.

vacancy in the board of commissioners during the
year, the remaining commissioners shall have power
to fill the vacancy, until the regular town election,
for electing town commissioners.
