justice dies, the delivery aforesaid, shall be made by
his administrator, or other person in whose hands
the said docket and papers may be, or come, within

ORPHANS' COURT.
1864, c. 229 which repealed section 149, and enacted a substitute therefor, was re-
pealed by 1865, c. 169 which acts repeals all Public Local Laws relating to the pay
and mileage of Judges of the Orphans' Courts.

1864, c. 178 amends and re-enacts section 158 as follows :

158. The rates of compensation for labor on the
public roads for Caroline county, shall be for every
able bodied hand the sum of one dollar per day ; for
every cart and team, the sum of one dollar and thirty
cents per day.
