the bridge cross Choptank river at Dover Perry, with
their vehicles, carriages, wagons, carts, horses, mules,
oxen, cattle, sheep, hogs, and all other property free
from all toll or exaction of any kind.

66. The county commissioners of Caroline county
are hereby required to levy and pay annually the
sum of two hundred and fifty dollars, to whatever
person or persons who may have charge of said
bridge for the purpose of keeping said bridge and
causeway leading to said bridge in repair, and to
compensate the person who may attend the draw of
said bridge.

repealed by 1862, c. 31.

GREENSBOROUGH.

1866, c. 96 enacts the following :

 

98. The act of eighteen hundred and twenty-six,
chapter ninety-seven, entitled, an act authorizing the
appointment of commissioners for the regulation and
improvement of the village of Greensborough, in
Caroline county, is hereby revived, and shall remain
in full force and effect.

140. When any justice of the peace shall resign, or
be removed from office, he shall deliver his docket to-
gether with all notes, bonds, accounts, and papers, in

entered thereon, to his successor in office, within
