the county commissioners of Caroline county, in the
penalty of one thousand dollars, conditioned that he
will well and faithfully account for all moneys paid
over to him by the bailiff of said town, or any other
person for the use of said town, and shall also well
and truly pay over to the commissioners, or their
order, all sums of money so received by him ; and
the said bond shall bo recorded in the office of the
