518. All tobacco thus stayed, unless the owner
or his agent choose to remove the same for the pur-
pose of re-conditioning it, shall, with all convenient
dispatch, be shaken out, conditioned, packed, re-
weighed and re-inspected as other tobacco, under
the supervision of the inspector, but shall not be
taken from the warehouse for any of said purposes,
and shall then be entered upon the inspector's books,
and samples and certificates thereof shall be fur-
nished as are required in reference to other tobacco.

619. The owner or agent of each hogshead of
stayed tobacco re-conditioned and packed in any
state tobacco warehouse, shall pay in proportion to
the amount of tobacco in each hogshead requiring
re-conditioning from fifty cents to two dollars there-

for ; provided, however, that he shall have the privi-
lege of removing the same elsewhere than to another
of said warehouses for the purpose of having the
same re-conditioned and packed.

Proviso.

520. Every hogshead of tobacco which shall be
sold by the grower or his agent, and remain in any
warehouse under the charge of an inspector for a
period of more than twelve months from the date
of inspection shall be liable to a charge of twelve
cents and a half per month storage for every month
after the expiration of the said twelve months, to be

vided, that nothing in this section shall extend to
any tobacco in any of the warehouses at the time of
the passage of this act.

521. Every hogshead of tobacco shall be liable to
the charge of two dollars outage, if weighing less
than eleven hundred pounds and twelve and a half
cents additional for every hundred pounds over that
weight, which shall be paid by the purchaser thereof
to the inspector having charge of the same before it
is removed, and shall be liable to no other charge
