other fish whatever, other than for his family use ;
nor shall he directly or indirectly be concerned in
making, rendering or furnishing any cask or casks
for the purpose of packing, re-packing or curing any
fish brought to, packed in or exported from the city
of Baltimore ; nor shall he be concerned in the coop-
erage of any cask containing fish that may be in-
spected in said city ; nor shall he sell or furnish any
salt for the caring or salting of any fish that shall

be inspected in said city, under the penalty of forfeit-
ing and paying for every offence five dollars.

310. If the inspector shall charge or receive any
greater fee or reward for inspection than is allowed

by this article, he shall forfeit and pay the sum of
fifty dollars, to be adjudged on indictment and con-
viction in the criminal court of Baltimore, one-half
to the informer and the other half to the use of the
state.

Penalty.

811. It shall be the duty of the inspector promptly
to obey any notice he may receive requiring his at-
tendance in any place in said city, and should he
refuse to attend after receiving such notice for the

space of four hours, he shall be liable to a fine of
ten dollars.

312. All fines and forfeitures herein imposed,
except as hereinbefore provided, if over one hun-
dred dollars, shall be recoverable by suit in the
name of the state, in the criminal court of Balti-
more, and if under one hundred dollars, before a
justice of the peace, one-half to the informer and
' the other half to the use of the state.
