shall be entitled to sixty-five cents per day for keep-
ing and boarding each prisoner committed to or con-
fined in the jail of said county.

STANDARD KEEFER OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.

1861, c. 66 adds the following :

 

194. The keeper of the standards of weights and
measures in Baltimore county shall receive five cents
for each weight and measure, and ten cents for each
scale beam tried and branded, stamped or marked by
him, to be paid by the person for whom the service
may be performed.

In force from February 11, 1864.

WOODBURY FACTORY.

1864, c. 206 adds the following :

195. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the
circuit court for Baltimore county to issue license to
any person or persons to sell spirituous or fermented
