88 PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. [ART. 16.

be held at Rockville, in said county, on the first Monday of
February, and the second Monday of August.

In force from the end of the ensuing March Term of said Court.
Passed March 10,1864.

SHERIFF.

Chapter 288 repeals Section 99, and substitutes the following therefor:

2 He shall be entitled to forty cents a day for keeping and
boarding each prisoner committed to the jail of said county.

COLLECTORS.

Chapter 328 adds the following Sections:

SEC. 1. The County Commissioners for Prince George's county
shall, on or before the first Tuesday of July in each year, ap-
point a collector or collectors for said county for the collection
of taxes levied or to be levied for the current year.

2. The clerk of the County Commissioners for Prince George's
county shall annually, on or before the first day of July, inform
the Governor whether there is in said county a duly appointed
and qualified collector of the State taxes.
