CECILTON.

Chapter 353 enacts as follows:

SEC. 1. The citizens of Cecilton, Cecil county, are a body
politic by the name of " The President and Commissioners of the
town of Cecilton," and as such shall have succession, and by
their corporate name may sue and be sued, may grant, receive,
and do all other acts as natural persons, and may purchase and
hold real, personal and mixed property, or dispose of the same
for the benefit of said town.

2. All free white male citizens above the age of twenty-one
years, who shall have bona fide resided in said town for the space
of six months, and twelve months in this State, next preceding
the election, shall on the first Monday of May, annually, at such
place as shall be designated by the president and commissioners
of said town, elect five judicious and discreet persons, who shall
have resided in said town twelve months next preceding the
election, commissioners of said town.

3. If any of the commissioners, during the year for which he
was elected, shall die, resign, or remove from said town, or be
otherwise disqualified, the remaining commissioners shall fill
such vacancy until the next general election.
