PARTRIDGES.

Chapter 309 adds the following Sections to this Article:

SEC. 1. No person or persons shall trap or shoot, or in any
manner catch or kill any partridges in Worcester county, be-
tween the fifteenth day of February and the fifteenth day of
October, in each year.

2. It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to trap, or
shoot, or in any manner catch or kill any partridges in the
county aforesaid, at any season, in any year, during the night
time.

3. Any person violating either of the preceding sections of
this Article, shall pay a fine of five dollars for each and every
offence, to be recovered before a justice of the peace, one-half of
said fine to go to the school fund, aad the other half to the in-
former.

Chapter 94 enacts as follows:

4. The County Commissioners of Worcester county are hereby
