DEEDS, WILLS, JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS, &c. 89

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That said deed be and the same is hereby made valid to all intents and
purposes, as if the same had been sealed with the seal of the said Charles
Johnson, and had been by him attested in due form of law.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from, the
date of its passage.

DAVID EYLER.

AN ACT to authorize David Eyler, of School District Number Eighty-nine in Fred-

erick county, to sell and convey to any purchaser, all that lot of land, which was
conveyed to him by Catherine Weller, in trust for a site fur a School House.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That David Eyler, be and he is hereby fully authorized to sell and con-
vey to any purchaser, all that lot of land, called " Simons Delight, "

situate and lying in Primary School District Eighty-nine in Frederick

county, which was conveyed to him by a certain Catherine Weller, in
trust for the site for a school house, and that he be required to pay the
proceeds of the sale thereof to the present trustees of said district, or to
their successors, for the use of said Primary School District.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act take effect from the date of

GARRISON FOREST ACADEMY, BALTIMORE COUNTY.

AN ACT to authorize the trustees of the Garrison Forest Academy in Baltimore
county, to transfer a lot of land to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Nicholas Carroll and Charles G. Lyon, trustees of the Garrison
Forest Academy in Baltimore county, be and they are hereby authorized
to transfer a lot of land belonging to said Academy, to Dr. John L.
Gibbons, Dr. John Fisher, Thomas Flint, William Councilman and
George H. Elder, trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in said
county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

GERMAN REFORMED CHURCH, FREDERICK COUNTY.

AN ACT for the benefit of the Consistory of the German Reformed Church of Jefferson,
Frederick county, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the deed executed on the thirty-first day of July, in the year eighteen
