COLLECTORS, SHERIFFS, SECURITIES, &c. 83:

ALEXANDER WOOLFORD.

AN ACT to allow Alexander Woolford, Sheriff of Dorchester county, further time to
execute his official bond.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Alexander Woolford, Sheriff of Dorchester county, be and he is,
hereby allowed until the first day of May next to execute his official
bond.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

GUSTAVUS A. T. WRIGHT.

AN ACT to authorize and empower Gustavus A. T. Wright, Collector of School tax
in District Number Thirty-two of Queen Anne's county, to complete his collec-
tions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Gustavus A. T. Wright, be and he is hereby authorized and em-
powered to make and complete his collections in School District Num-
ber Thirty-two in Queen Anne's county, in the same manner as he could
have done had he completed them in the time, specified under the law
already provided.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That before he, the said Wright, shall
proceed to collect the several amounts remaining unpaid, he shall make
a plain statement of all sums due him as said Collector, and at least
thirty days before he proceeds to collect said taxes, he shall deliver a
copy of the same to each person or persons from whom they may be
due, and if it is required he shall attach an affidavit made before a
Justice of the Peace of the correctness of the same, that no part of such
taxes as he may claim has been collected.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this law shall take effect from the?
day of its passage.
