ALMS-HOUSE.

The Act of 1862, ch. 30, repeals sections 2, 3 of this article, and substitutes the

following:

SEC. 1. The commissioners of Montgomery county shall, in
the second week of November, in every year, appoint five per-
sons, inhabitants of said county, trustees of the poor of said
