ORPHANS' COURT.

SEC. 1. The Act of 1862, ch. 187, repeals section 36 of this Article, authorizing the
Orphans' Court to appoint a Bailiff.

SCHOOLS.
The Act of 1862, ch. 146, repeals sections 16, and substitutes the following;:

2. They shall, from time to time, name such books as shall be
rosed in the primary schools, and such books shall be uniform
in the several schools; and the trustees of each school district
