CHAPTER 659.
(House Bill 351)
AN ACT to propose an amendment to Section l(c) of Article
11B of the Constitution of Maryland, title "Baltimore Redevelopment
Commission", relating to the use of the power
of eminent domain, and to provide for the submission of
said Amendment to the qualified voters of the State of
Maryland, for adoption or rejection.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted "by the General Assembly of Mary-
land (three-fifths of all members of each of the two Houses
concurring), That the following be and the same is hereby
proposed as an amendment to Section l(c) of Article 11B of
the Constitution of Maryland, title "Baltimore Redevelopment
Commission", the same, if adopted by the qualified voters of
the State of Maryland, as herein provided, to become a part
of the Constitution of Maryland.

(c) The Baltimore Redevelopment Commission shall have
authority to use the power of eminent domain to acquire any
land needed for any redevelopment project within the cor-
