12. Such portion of the State Gasoline Tax as may be allotted to Prince
George's County in each year shall be distributed as follows:
There shall be first paid therefrom by the State Roads Commission the
salary of the road clerk to the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County the sum of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per annum and the sum
of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per annum to each of the said County
Commissioners as compensation for their services as provided by Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Roads," or any amendments thereto.
There shall then be paid therefrom by the State Roads Commission the
interest, sinking funds or yearly redemption payments provided by law
for said year on any bonds heretofore issued by the County Commissioners
of Prince George's County for road purposes.
There shall then be allotted to each incorporated town in Prince George's
County a sum which bears the same proportion to the total allotment of
Prince George's County as the amount of the county road tax rebated to
said town in the year 1932 bore to the total road fund of said County for
said year, which said sum shall be paid by the State Roads Commission
to each town in Prince George's County, to be expended by the towns in
their discretion, for the payment of interest, sinking funds or redemption
payments on bonds issued by said towns for street or highway purposes,
or for the maintenance, construction or repair by said towns of streets or
highways within said town. If any town so elects, its share may be ex-
pended for the maintenance, construction or repair of streets or highways
within said town by the State Roads Commission of Maryland in ac-
cordance with the provisions of law, allotting the proceeds of the "one and
one-half cent (1 1/2c) Lateral, County, and Municipal Road gasoline tax
fund" to the several Counties for road purposes.
The balance of said allotment to Prince George's County shall be ex-
pended by the State Roads Commission of Maryland, in that portion of
the County not included with the limits of the incorporated towns.1

13. The State Roads Commission of Maryland is hereby authorized
and directed to pay to the Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, one-eighth of the funds allocated to Anne Arundel County by
said State Roads Commission from the one and one-half cent lateral
road gasoline tax or from any other fund arising from gasoline taxes.

14. The State Roads Commission of Maryland is hereby authorized
and directed to pay annually out of the fund allocated to Frederick County
by said Commission from the "One and One-half Cent Lateral County and
Municipal Gasoline Fund" the following amounts to the incorporated
towns of Frederick County, the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) to Frederick City. The sum of $3,000.00 to Brunswick,
$500.00 to Emmitsburg, $300.00 to Middletown, $100.00 to Myersville,
$100.00 to Now Market, $800.00 to Thurmont, $300.00 to Walkersville,
$200.00 to Woodsboro, $100.00 to Burkittsville, the said fund to be ex-
