(c) The Commission shall issue to each licensee a license certificate and
packet card in such size and form as it may approve.

353. (Place of Business.) (a) Every resident real estate broker shall
maintain a definite place of business in this State, and shall conspicuously
display therein the licenses of all persons licensed to act as broker or sales-
man for such licensee, and shall likewise conspicuously display on the door
or outside of the premises a sign bearing the words: "Real Estate", or
"Realtor", where the latter term is authorized. A duplicate license shall
be obtained by every real estate broker for each and every branch office
maintained in this State.
(b) Notice in writing shall be given to the Commission by each licensed
real estate broker of any change of principal business location, whereupon
the Commission shall issue a new license for the unexpired period. The
change of business location without notification to the Commission shall
automatically cancel the license theretofore issued.
(c) When any real estate salesman shall be discharged or shall termi-
nate his employment with the real estate broker by whom he is employed,
it shall be the duty of such real estate broker to immediately notify the
Commission of such termination of employment. The real estate broker,
at the time of the notification to the Commission shall address a communi-
cation to the last known address of such real estate salesman, which com-
munication shall advise such real estate salesman that his employment has
been terminated. A copy of such communication to the real estate sales-
man shall accompany the notification to the Commission. It shall be unlaw-
ful for any such real estate salesman to perform any of the acts contem-
plated by this sub-title or to engage directly or indirectly in the business of
a real estate salesman, until the Commission, in its discretion, shall issue
a new license showing change of employment and business location.

354. (Fees—Resident.) The following fees shall be charged by and
paid to the Commission by resident applicants.
(a) For each real estate broker's license a fee of twenty-five ($25.00)
dollars and for each annual registration of said license, thereafter, a fee of
twenty-five ($25.00) dollars.
(b) For each license as real estate broker issued to a member of a
partnership, association, or officer of a corporation other than the member
of the partnership or association, or officer of the corporation named in the
license issued to such partnership, association, or corporation, a fee of ten
($10.00) dollars, and for each annual registration of said license there-
after, a fee of ten ($10.00) dollars.
(c) For each real estate salesman's license, a fee of five ($5.00) dollars,
and for each annual registration of said license thereafter, a fee of five
($5.00) dollars.
(d) For each additional office or place of business, an annual fee of two
dollars and fifty cents ($2.50).
(e) For each change of office or place of business, a fee of one ($1.00)
dollar.
(f) For each change of name of licensee on the records of the Commis-
sion, a fee of one ($1.00) dollar.
