for their services in acting as the Board of License Commissioners for
said County and the remainder of said fees, after the payment of refunds
as hereinafter provided, shall be used by the said County Commissioners
for the purposes of the County.

In Charles County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County shall
forthwith remit to the Board of County Commissioners of Charles County
all license fees collected by him, less a commission of five per centum for
the issuance of each license, and the County Commissioners shall use such
portion of said license fees as may be necessary to pay refunds as herein-
after provided and the remainder of such license fees shall be paid to the
incorporated town in which the place of business is located or retained by
the County Commissioners for the purposes of the County, if the place of
business is not located in an incorporated town.

In Dorchester, Kent, Talbot and Somerset Counties the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for each of said counties shall forthwith remit all license fees
collected by him, less a fee of one dollar for the issuance of each license,
to the Board of County Commissioners for said County, and the Board of
County Commissioners shall use such portion of such receipts as may be
necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter provided, and devote the balance
to general purposes of the County.

In Frederick County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County shall
forthwith remit all license fees collected by him, less a fee of one dollar
($1. 00) for the issuance of each license, to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for said County who shall use such portion of said fees as may be
necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter provided. Where the licensed place
of business is located in an incorporated town, fifty percentum of the net
license fee shall be payable to the incorporated town and the remaining
fifty percentum, and all of the net license fee shall be payable to the incor-
porated town and the remaining fifty percentum, and all of the net license
fee for places of business located outside an incorporated town, shall be
turned over by the Board of County Commissioners to the County Trea-
surer of said County for such purposes of said County as may from time
to time be designated by the Board of County Commissioners.

In Howard County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County shall
forthwith remit to the Board of County Commissioners all license fees col-
lected by him, less a fee of one dollar for the issuance of each license, and
the County Commissioners shall use such portion of the net receipts from
such license fees as may be necessary to pay refunds as hereinafter pro-
vided, and the balance shall be used by the Board of County Commissioners
for the benefit of the pension fund for indigent persons to the extent neces-
sary and any excess shall be used by the said Board for the benefit of the
Howard County Public Health Association; and all fines imposed for any
violation of any of the provisions of this Article are to be remitted to the
Board of County Commissioners and used for the same purposes as above
set forth.

In Prince George's County the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said
County shall forthwith remit all license fees collected by him, less a fee
of one dollar for the issuance of each license, in lieu of commissions, to the
Board of County Commissioners who shall use such portion of such receipts
as may be necessary to pay the salaries and expenses of the Board of
License Commissioners for said County, and to pay refunds as hereinafter
provided and devote the balance to the general purposes of the County.

In Washington County, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County
shall forthwith remit all license fees collected by him, less a fee of one dol-
