The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Calvert, Charles, Wash-
ington, Prince George's and Howard Counties from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock
midnight; in Carroll County from 8 A. M. to 9 P. M. and in Cecil and
Kent Counties from 6 A. M. to 11 P. M., but no holder of such license
shall be permitted to make any sale on Sunday or on any day of any
general, special or primary election. In the City of Annapolis the hours
shall be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and Aldermen of the City of An-
napolis. In Talbot County, the hours shall be from 8 A. M. to 8 P. M.

B. (Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class B (On Sale)—Hotels and
Restaurants. ) Such a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of the County in which the place of business is located, or by the
Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place
of business is located in said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel or
restaurant at the place therein described, for consumption on the premises
or elsewhere. The annual fee for such a license shall be Seven Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($750. 00) except in Washington County where said fee
shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), except in the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach where such annual fee for such license shall
be Four Hundred Dollars ($400. 00), and except in Baltimore County
where the fee shall be Six Hundred Dollars ($600. 00) and shall be payable
to said Clerk, before any such license is issued, for distribution as herein-
after provided.

Such a license shall be issued in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Prince
George's and Washington Counties, the towns of North Beach and Chesa-
peake Beach, and in the City of Annapolis such a license may be issued
upon the approval of and for such a fee as may be fixed by the Mayor,
Counsellor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised 1 from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the day following and on every
day except the day of any general, special or primary election, and in the
City of Annapolis the hours shall be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and
Aldermen of the City of Annapolis, except in Washington County where
only beverages not exceeding fourteen per centum (14%) of alcohol by
volume shall be sold on Sunday. In Prince George's County the holder
of such license shall not be permitted to sell on Sunday any alcoholic
beverage containing more than fourteen per centum (14%) of alcohol by
volume.

("On Sale" Liquor, Wine and Beer Licenses for Hotels in Cecil
County. ) Bona fide hotels complying with the general provisions and regu-
lations of this Act and on payment of an annual license fee of Three
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350. 00), shall be entitled to serve liquors,
wines and beers between the hours of Y A. M. and 12 o'clock midnight,
but no sale of liquors shall exceed one quart and no sales shall be made
at bars or counters.

C. (Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class C (On Sale)—Clubs. ) Such
a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
in which the place of business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in
said city, and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell
all alcoholic beverages at retail at any club, at the place therein described,
