63. Any person violating any provisions of this sub-title or wilfully
interfering with the Board or its duly authorized agent in the performance
of its duties, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be
fined not less than $5. 00 nor more than $50. 00 for the first offense, and
not less than $50. 00 nor more than $100. 00 for the second offense, and not
less than $250. 00 for each subsequent offense.

64. The State's Attorney and/or any other prosecuting officer of any
county or city in which any violation of this sub-title may occur shall
prosecute any person accused of any violation of this sub-title and shall
also, at the request of the Board, or its duly authorized agent, institute
and prosecute such action as may be proper under the provisions of this
sub-title.

65. This sub-title shall not be construed as repealing any existing law,
but shall be in addition thereto, and the powers and duties herein vested
in the State Board of Agriculture and the Maryland State Department
of Markets shall be in addition to, and not in limitation of, any powers
or duties which now are, or hereafter may be conferred upon the State
Board of Agriculture or the Maryland State Department of Markets.

66. If any of the provisions of this sub-title or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, or is in conflict with any
Federal law, the validity of the remainder of the sub-title and the applica-
tion thereof to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
