155. The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall continue to have and
exercise all the rights, powers, duties, obligations and functions now or
hereafter conferred by law.

156. The Conservation Department is hereby created and established.

The State Industrial Accident Commission.

158. The State Industrial Accident Commission, constituted and or-

stitute a separate Department of the State Government.

shall be transferred to and thereafter be exercised and performed by the
