exercise all the rights, powers, duties, obligations and functions now or
hereafter conferred by law.

Public Service Commission, constituted and organized as at present, and

tions now or hereafter conferred by law.

The State Industrial Accident Commission.

158. The State Industrial Accident Commission, constituted and or-
ganized as at present, and having and exercising the rights, powers, duties,
obligations and functions now or hereafter conferred by law, shall con-
stitute a separate Department of the State Government.

and functions of the State Board of Labor and Statistics, under any pro-
visions of law, including all the powers and duties transferred to and im-

shall be transferred to and thereafter be exercised and performed by the
