the same way and under the same rules and provisions in all respects as
are in said Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elec-
tions," sub-title "Registration," made for the first general registration, so
far as the same may be applicable, and except as herein modified. Each
Board of Registry shall sit for said new registration at the place designated
by the Board of Supervisors of Elections of said county on the first and
second Tuesdays in the month of August, 1934, and shall register names
of voters on both said days. The third Tuesday in August of said year
shall be revision day and the several Boards of Registry of said county
shall meet to revise their respective registries in the same way and in
accordance with the same rules and provisions in all respects as are in
said Article 33 made for revision of registries. The registry of voters
made under the provisions of this section shall supersede and thereafter
be used in place of, the present registry of voters in Somerset County.
Provided further that the said several Boards of Registry in said county
shall in addition to the dates heretofore mentioned sit on the regular days
in said year 1934 as prescribed by said Article 33 for the registry of
voters who are entitled to vote in said county but who have not registered
on the dates heretofore prescribed.

37. In Frederick County a new general registration of all the quali-
fied voters of said county shall be made by the board of registry of said
county in the year 1936. Such new general registration shall be made in
the same way and under the same rules and provisions in all respects as
are in said Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elec-
tions," sub-title "Registration," made for the first general registration,
so far as the same may be applicable, and except as herein modified.
Each Board of Registration shall sit for said new registration at the place

the fourteenth, twenty-first and twenty-eighth days of April, 1936, between
the hours of 7.00 A. M. and 9 P. M. and shall register names of voters on
both of said days. The registry of voters made under the provisions of
this section shall supersede and thereafter be used in place of the present
registry of voters in Frederick County. Provided further that the said
several Boards of Registry in said county shall in addition to the dates
heretofore mentioned sit on the regular days in said year 1936 as pre-
scribed by said Article 33 for the registry and revision of voters who are
entitled to vote in said county but who have not registered on the dates
heretofore prescribed.

38. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Frederick County shall
not be required to give notice of persons registered or erased in the gen-
eral registration to be held in Frederick County in April, 1936, or in
any other registration in 1936, by either handbills, posting handbills, or ad-
vertisement in newspapers; but the said Supervisors of Elections of
Frederick County shall be required to furnish a printed list of the names
and addresses of persons registered and erased when application is made
therefor in writing at least ten days prior to the day of the said general
registration, or at least ten days prior to any subsequent registration in
1936, and then only upon the payment by the party or person or persons
