DEAF, .DUMB AND BLIND 1347
"County Board" means the County Welfare Board of the several coun-
"Applicant" means a person who has applied for public assistance under
"Recipient" means any person who has received public assistance under
"Public assistance" means money payments to blind persons in need as
1936 (Sp. Sess.), ch. 145, sec. 16. 1937 (Sp. Sess.), ch. 4, sec. 16.
13. (Duties of State Board.) The State Board shall:
(a) Supervise the administration of assistance to the needy blind under
(b) Make such rules and regulations and take such action as may be
(c) Prescribe the form of and print and supply to the county boards
(d) Cooperate with the Federal government in matters of mutual con-
(e) Make such reports in such form and containing such information,
(f) Perform such duties as are imposed upon it by Article 88A of the
1936 (Sp. Sess.), ch. 145, sec. 17. 1939, ch. 733, sec. 17.
14. (Duties of the County Boards.) The County Boards shall:
(a) Submit annually to the County Commissioners or the Mayor and
(b) Perform such duties as are imposed upon them by Article 88A
1936 (Sp. Sess.), ch. 145, sec. 18. 1937, (Sp. Sess.), ch. 4, sec. 18. 1939, ch. 733, sec. 18.
15. (Eligibility for Assistance to the Needy Blind.) Public assistance
(a) Lost his eyesight while a resident of the State, or shall have re- |
