1935, ch. 310, sec. 4.

26. All Public General Laws and public local laws of this State incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Article, are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency; but nothing in this Article shall be deemed to repeal,
change or modify in any manner whatsoever any of the provisions of the
Public Service Commission laws of this State.
