fee hereinafter provided and to cover the cost of publication of said notice
as provided in Section 8 hereof. Temporary licenses shall entitle the
holders thereof to operate thereunder immediately for a period not exceed-
ing sixty days from the date of such temporary license, and provided
that all such temporary licenses shall expire immediately upon the action
of the Board, approving or refusing to approve the original application
for a license.

10. Temporary Licenses in Counties Having No Board of License
Commissioners. Any applicant for a license who has filed an application
as above provided for a license with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the
County in those Counties having no Board of License Commissioners,
and who has made the necessary deposit to cover the cost of publication as
above provided, may apply for and obtain without any notice or advertise-
ment, a temporary license of the same class as applied for which shall
entitle the holder thereof to operate thereunder immediately, for a period
not exceeding sixty days from the date of issue of such temporary license;
and provided, that all such temporary licenses shall expire immediately
upon the issue of the license by the clerk as provided in Section Y or upon
the action of the License Bureau refusing to approve the original appli-
cation for a license.

11. Temporary Licenses—Fees and Conditions of Such Licenses. All
temporary licenses above provided shall be subject to revocation at any
time as hereinafter provided with respect to revocation of licenses. The
fees for such temporary licenses shall be one-sixth of the annual license
fee for such licenses as hereinbefore provided, and upon final approval
of the original application by the Board or Bureau, as the case may be,
after notice as hereinabove provided, the applicant shall be required to
pay a fee for such license to expire on April 30th, 1934, which shall be
computed as hereinafter provided, and subject to credit for any unearned
portion of the fee paid for the temporary license. In the case of the
disapproval of the original application by the Board, or in the case of the
revocation of any temporary license, the licensee shall not be entitled to any
refund.

12. Licenses—Forms—Date of Issue and Expiration. Every license
issued under the provisions of this Article shall be upon forms prescribed
by the Comptroller, board of license commissioners, or the Clerks of the
Courts, as the case may be, shall be dated as of the date of issue and shall
expire on April 30th next after its issuance, except temporary licenses
and special licenses, which shall expire as above provided.

13. Display of Licenses. Every person receiving a license under the
provisions of this Article shall frame his license under glass and place the
