194A. (a) Ice milk, milk sherbet, water ice or ice sherbet shall be
manufactured for sale, stored, sold or dispensed only in individual portions,
packages or containers prepared in such form at the place of manufacture.
Every such individual portion, package or container shall be labeled in
letters of easily readable size with the words "Ice Milk, " "Milk Sher-
bet, " "Water Ice, " and "Ice Sherbet, " respectively
(b) Imitation ice cream shall not be sold, advertised or offered or ex-
posed for sale by anyone at any time 1

196. The State Board of Health shall enforce the provisions of Sec-
tions 189 to 200, and shall have the power to adopt from time to time,
promulgate and publish by circular or otherwise, such general rules and
regulations for the enforcement thereof and for the government of the
analysts, chemists, inspectors and employees appointed by the said Board
as it may deem proper, and said Board may adopt the rules and regulations
lawfully adopted from time to time by the Secretary of the United States
Department of Agriculture, so far as such rules and regulation may be
applicable to the duties of said Board under and to the purposes of Sec-
tions 189 to 200 The State Board of Health shall have copies of Sec
tions 189 to 200 printed and shall issue them as far as possible to per-
sons, firms or corporations manufacturing or selling, at wholesale of
retail, articles of food or drugs, and shall furnish the same to all per-
sons, firms or corporations requesting them The State Board of Health
shall also enforce the provisions of Sections 288 to 291, inclusive, of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub title "Health, " and Sections 456 and 457- of said
Article 27, sub-title "Poison, " and Sections 228, 229, 236 and 237 of
Article 43, title "Health, " sub-title "Commissioners of Pharmacy "

1 Sec 3 ch 308, acts of 1935, reads as follows Should any section or part of a
section of this act be held to be invalid for any reason, such holding shall not be
construed as affecting the validity of any remaining section or part of a section of
this act it being the legislative intent that the remainder of this act shall stand,
notwithstanding the invalidity of such section or part of section
