Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset and Talbot counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight except in Balti-
more City and Baltimore and Washington counties where the hours shall
be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the day following and except in Prince
George's County where the closing hours shall not apply, but no holder
of such a license shall be permitted to make any sale on the day of any
general, special or primary election.

Beer and Light Wine License, Class D. (On Sale)—Generally. Such
a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
in which the place of business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in
said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and to
sell beer and light wines at retail, at the place therein described, for con-
sumption on the premises or elsewhere, but no such license shall be issued
for any drug store. The annual fee for such a license shall be Sixty Dol-
lars ($60. 00), except in Howard County where the fee for such a license
shall be twenty-five dollars ($25. 00), and shall be payable to said Clerk,
before any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.
This Section shall not apply to Allegany, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caroline,
Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's,
Somerset, and Talbot counties.

Such a license shall be issued by the Comptroller, and shall authorize) the
owner or operator of any steam boat, steam ship, ferry boat or other vessel
used for the transportation of passengers operated in this State, to sell
beer and light wines for consumption thereon. One such license shall be
issued for each such steam boat, steam ship, ferry boat or other vessel
on which such beverages are sold as aforesaid, and shall be good through-
out the State. The annual fee for such a license shall be Thirty-five Dol-
lars ($35. 00) per boat, and shall be payable to the Comptroller for the
use of the State, before any such license is issued. No holder of any such
license shall be permitted to make any sale thereunder while the licensed
vessel is made fast to any wharf or pier in any county where such sales
are prohibited by local law.

Beer and Light Wine License, Class F. (On Sale)—Railroads. Such a
license shall be issued by the Comptroller and shall authorize the owner
