holder thereof to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines at whole-
sale or retail, in any quantity to any retail dealer or consumers, at the
place therein described, and to deliver the same in a sealed package or
container, which package or container shall not be opened nor its contents
consumed on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such a license
shall be Thirty-five Dollars ($35. 00), and shall be payable to said clerk,
before any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Allegany, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caro-
line, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen
Anne, St. Mary's, Somerset and Talbot counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight on every day
except Sunday and the day of any general, special or primary election.

Beer and Light Wine Licenses, Class B. (On Sale)—Hotels and Restau-
rants. Such a license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
the County in which the place of business is located, or by the Clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of business is
located in said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for
sale and sell beer and light wines at retail at any hotel or restaurant, at
the place therein described, for consumption on the premises or elsewhere.
The annual fee for such a license shall be Sixty Dollars ($60. 00), and
shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license is issued, for dis-
tribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Allegany, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caro-
line, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen
Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset and Talbot counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may

more City and Baltimore and Washington counties where the hours shall
be from 6 A. M. until 2 A. M. on the day following and except in Prince
George's County where the closing hours shall not apply, but the holder
of such license shall not be permitted to make any sale on the day of any
general, special or primary election.

Beer and Light Wine License, Class C. (On Sale)—Clubs. Such a
license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
in which the place of business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of business is located in
said City, and shall authorize the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell
beer and light wines, at retail, to bona fide members and their guests, at
any club, at the place therein described, for consumption on the premises
only. The annual fee for such a license shall be Thirty-five Dollars
($35. 00) and shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license is
issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.
