112 ARTICLE 10.

1929, ch. 370, sec. 11A.

11A. Any attorney violating any of the provisions of Section 11 shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not
more than One Thousand Dollars or be imprisoned for not more than one
year or be both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the court. 1
