ACT LEGALIZING 1935 CUMULATIVE SUPPLEMENT
TO ANNOTATED CODE.
CHAPTER 110.
AN ACT legalizing the 1935 Cumulative Supplement to the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), edited by Horace E. Flack, and
making it evidence of the law.
WHEREAS, the General Assembly, at its session of 1924, legalized and
made evidence of the law the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edi-
tion), edited by George P. Bagby; and
WHEREAS, the General Assembly, at its session in 1929, legalized and
made evidence of the law the 1929 Supplement to the said Annotated
Code; and
WHEREAS, a Supplement, to be known as the 1935 Cumulative Supple-
ment to the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), is now in
course of preparation and will include the Public General Acts of 1927,
1929, 1931, 1933, 1933 Extraordinary Session and 1935; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the 1935 Cumulative Supplement to the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), edited by Horace E. Flack, be and the same is hereby
legalized, and, in connection with the 1924 Edition of said Code, legalized
and made evidence of the law by the Acts of 1924, Chapter 219, shall be
deemed and taken in all the courts of the State, and by all the Justices of
the Peace of the State, and by all public officials of the State, to be evi-
dence of the Public General Laws of the State contained in the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland of 1888, and the Public General Laws
enacted subsequent thereto; provided that before the said 1935 Cumula-
tive Supplement is published, the Public General Laws enacted by the
General Assembly of Maryland at its session of 1935 shall be incorporated
therein.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect June
1, 1935.
