Sec. 14. The provisions of this Act shall be construed as conferring
additional and supplementary powers and jurisdiction on said court and
not in substitution of or in conflict with any other powers possessed by
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County under any existing general or
local laws.

Sec. 15. All laws or parts of laws now in force in the State of Mary-
land in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict, but no further.
