ten female notaries public for Baltimore County in addition to the num-
ber now authorized by law.

See Art. 68 of the Annotated Code of Md., which authorizes the Governor to
appoint an unlimited number of notaries.

510. The Governor of the State of Maryland is hereby authorized to
appoint for Baltimore County five female notaries public in addition to
the number now authorized by law.

511. The Governor of the State of Maryland, by and with the advice
and consent of the Senate, is hereby authorized to appoint and commis-
sion for Baltimore County one hundred female notaries public, in addi-
tion to the number now authorized by law.

512. The Orphans' Court of Baltimore County shall meet on Tues-
day, Wednesday and Thursday of each week only at ten o'clock A. M.,
and continue their sessions for such length of time on each of such days
as in their judgment the public interests require.

513. There shall be allowed the said judges in addition to their sal-

514. The judges of said court may appoint a bailiff, who shall attend
each sitting of the court and perform such duties as the court and Regis-
ter of Wills may direct, and shall be paid quarterly by the County Com-
missioners, upon the certificate of the Register of Wills four dollars per
day for each day he shall be in attendance upon said court.

515. On granting letters testamentary or of administration or of col-
lection by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County, a warrant or war-
rants shall issue under the seal of office authorizing two persons of dis-
cretion, one of whom shall be selected by the court and the other named
by the executor, administrator or collector, neither of whom shall be
related to the deceased nor interested in the administration, to appraise
the goods, chattels and personal estate of the deceased known to them or
to be shown by the executor, administrator or collector.
