Anderson, and the State of Maryland, known as the Maryland State
Normal School, said point being on the north 10 degrees east line of the
Maryland State Normal School property and north 69.6 feet from a
stone and running thence: South 67 degrees 17 minutes west for a dis-
tance of 95.1 feet to a point; thence south 13 degrees 39 minutes west
for a distance of 200.0 feet; thence south 45 degrees 30 minutes west for
a distance of 205.1 feet; thence south 10 degrees 26 minutes east for a,
distance 137.7 feet; thence south 74 degrees 25 minutes west for a dis-
tance of 82.9 feet; thence north 77 degrees 47 minutes west for a distance
123.9 feet; thence south 56 degrees 57 minutes west for a distance of 210.1
feet; thence south 78 degrees 29 minutes west for a distance 202.5 feet;
thence south 38 degrees 16 minutes west for a distance of 181.4 feet;
theuce south 51 degrees 51 minutes east for a distance 298.1 feet; thence
south 17 degrees 16 minutes west for a distance of 96.1 feet; thence south
62 degrees 56 minutes west for a distance of 324.6 feet; thence south 84

the line between the Sheppard-Enoch Pratt Hospital, being south 1 degree
21 minutes west 7.11 feet from a stone marked "S-A" on the same divi-
sion line. And the said Board of Public Works is hereby directed to
reserve in said deed to said Maryland State Normal School, the right to
connect the pipe running from the private sewerage disposal plant of the'
said Maryland State Normal School, with the outfall sewer which the
said Board of County Commissioners of Baltimore County proposes to
construct under and along the right of way herein granted, leading to the-
said Baltimore County sewerage disposal plant, and the further right
through said connecting pipe and outfall sewer to discharge, without
any fee or charge whatsoever, the sewerage from the private sewerage dis-
posal plant of said Mayland State Normal School, said reserved rights
to constitute the consideration for the conveyance to the said Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County herein authorized.

379. All laws or parts of laws, all Acts or parts of Acts, public or local,
inconsistent herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency. Provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to repeal, alter or amend any law existing prior to the passage
of this Act, relating to the construction, operation or maintenance of a
sewerage system for Baltimore City.
