186. The said Highlandtown-Point Breeze Railway Company, its suc-
cessors or assigns, shall grade and macadamize the bed of said road or
way, now called Eastern Avenue, between their tracks, and two feet on
either side of the same, as the Highways Commission of Baltimore County
may direct, and keep them at all times in good repair.

187. Should said company, its successors or assigns, after a reason-
able notice from the said County Commissioners, fail to comply with the
provisions of the two preceding sections, it or they shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before a justice of the peace
of Baltimore County, be fined not less than twenty dollars nor more that
fifty dollars, for each and every day, until said Highlandtown and Point
Breeze Railway Company, its successors or assigns, complies with the
provisions of the preceding sections.

188. Before the said Highways Commission of Baltimore County
shall expend any money under the provisions of the preceding sections,
the property owners on said Eastern Avenue are hereby required to deposit
with the Treasurer of Baltimore County, as a special fund, seventy-five
cents per foot front on all property to be improved on said avenue, for
the purpose of kerbing the same and paving a gutter five feet wide.

189. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot a gun, guns, or other
firearms, from and off Eastern Avenue Bridge crossing Back River, in
Baltimore County.

190. Upon information given upon oath or affirmation to any justice
of the peace of said county, or to the Circuit Court for said county of any
violation of the preceding section, said justice of the peace or said Cir-
cuit Court shall issue a warrant for the arrest of the offender, and for
the seizure of the gun or other firearms in the possession of such offender,
to be directed to the sheriff, or to any constable of Baltimore County, or
other officer authorized to make arrests, or to any citizen of said county;
and it shall be the duty of any sheriff, constable or other officer authorized
to make arrests or of any citizen, upon the receipt of said warrant, to
arrest any person violating the preceding section and to seize any guns,
or other firearms used in violation of said section, and to bring such
offender before a justice of the peace of said county, or before the Cir-
cuit Court for said county, and upon conviction the said offender shall be
