180. The bailiffs of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County shall be
paid such salaries not in excess of one hundred dollars ($100) per month
as the County Commissioners of Baltimore County may from time to
time determine.

181. The said salaries of said bailiffs as determined by the County

183. No person shall shoot or otherwise destroy any wild deer in
Baltimore Comity from the first day of January to the first day of Sep-
tember, under the penalty of five dollars for every deer so killed or de-
stroyed, to be recovered before a justice of the peace for the said county
as other debts, and to be paid to the County Commissioners for the use
of the county, as in the case of other fines and forfeitures.

This section probably repealed by ch. 568, 1927.

EASTERN AVENUE.*

184. The Highways Commission of Baltimore County shall grade,
kerb and macadamize the road or way now called Eastern Avenue at High-
landtown, or so much thereof as they may from time to time consider
necessary for the public convenience.

185. The Highlandtown and Point Breeze Railway Company, a body
corporate, or its successors or assigns, shall raise or lower their tracks in
the bed of said road or way, now called Eastern Avenue, as the High-
ways Commission of Baltimore County may direct.

*A part of this street Is now probably in Baltimore City.
