ALLEGANY COUNTY. 55

No. 8. The said precinct to be taken from Precinct No. 2 of District
No. 8 and to include and be co-extensive with the boundaries of the town
of Luke, in said Allegany County.

The Board of Election Supervisors of Allegany County shall cause the
poll books of Precinct No. 2 of Election District No. 8, to be so amended
and changed as to take from said Precinct No. 2, the names of all duly
registered voters living within the precinct hereby created, and to have
new poll books made for the said voters, and to appoint clerks and judges
and polling places in said new precinct, and to do all things necessary
and requisite to have elections held in said Precinct No. 4 as are required
under the General Laws of the State of Maryland.

153. There shall be, and by the authority of this Act, there is hereby
created and established a new election district in Allegany County, to
be known as Election District No. 30 of said Allegany County, and to
be formed of parts of Election Districts Nos. 11 and 32 and Precinct
No. 2 of District No. 13, and the polling place of said new election dis-
trict shall be in the village of Zihlman.

154. The new election district so to be created and established shall be
within the following metes and bounds, that is to say:

Beginning in the center of the county bridge over Jennings Run near
Morantown Station on the county road leading from Zihlman to Mount
Savage and running thence

1. Northwesterly 1 1/2 miles to the center of the north portal of the
Borden Tunnel of the Western Maryland Railway Company; thence
continuing said line

2. Northwesterly 1 1/2 miles to Garrett County line, and with it

3. Southwesterly 1 mile; thence

4. Southeasterly and parallel with the 2nd line as above described
1.4 miles to a stone in the center between the east and west bound tracks
of the Western Maryland Railway Company; thence

5. With the center line between said tracks 3 1/2 miles to a stone in
the center of the east and west bound tracks of the Western Maryland
Railway Company in the center of the county road leading from Moran-
town to Eckhart and with said road

6. Southwesterly 1/2 mile to the end of the 3rd line of District No.
24; thence reversing part of said line
Y. Northeasterly 3/4 mile; thence
8. Northwesterly 9/10 mile to the beginning.

155. All persons now residing within the limits of said new election
district, and who are -registered voters in any other election district of said
