of the Twenty-sixth Election District be known hereafter as the Twenty-
eighth Election District of Allegany County.

1906, ch. 770.

148. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Allegany County hereby
are authorized and directed to change the boundary lines between Elec-
tion Districts Nos. 17 and 24 of Allegany County, that the town of Clarys-
ville, in said Allegany County, shall be in District No. 24.

1910, ch. 375 (p. 473).

149. A new election district is hereby created in Allegany County to be'
known as "Election District No. 32," the same being taken from Election
District No. 12 as now constituted; said "Election District No. 32" shall
be described by the following metes and bounds: 1. Beginning at the
intersection of Union Street and Bowery Street in the town of Frost-
burg, it being the end of the first line of the original line of District No.
12, and running thence with said lines northwesterly 1/10 of a mile-
to the Legislative Road opposite the St. Cloud Hotel, thence with said
Legislative Road northwesterly 2 1/4 miles, passing the Cumberland and
Pennsylvania Railroad Station in Frostburg and passing through the'
village of Allegany to the road leading from Morantown Eckart, then
with said road southeasterly 1 mile to the top of the hill where said road
begins to descend into the village of Eckhart, then with a straight line
southwesterly 1 3/3- miles to a point on the National Road 1/10 of a
mile east of the Allegany Cemetery gate, then leaving the lines of the
original District No. 12 and running northwesterly with the National
Pike 14mile to the intersection of the National Road with the Allegany
Cemetery Road, and with said road southwesterly 1/4 of a mile to the
intersection of the Cemetery Road and McColloh Street; thence north-
westerly ys of a mile with McColloh Street to the intersection of McColloh
and Green Streets, thence southwesterly one-eighth of a mile with Green
Street to the intersection of Green Street and Blair Street, thence north-
westerly one-eighth of a mile with Blair Street to the intersection of Blair
Street and Grant Street, thence southwesterly 300 feet with said Grant
Street to the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad, and with said rail-
road northwesterly one-quarter of a mile to Bowery Street, and with Bow-
Bowery Street northwesterly one-third of a mile to the beginning; the
Supervisors of Elections shall have proper books arranged for said new-
district, and shall appoint the proper registration and election offiicals to
perform the duties required by law, so that at all elections hereafter to
be held the voters in said district may cast their votes in the same.

150. A new election precinct be and the same is hereby created in
Allegany County, to be known as Precinct No. 3 of Election District
No. 8. The said precinct to be taken from Precinct No. 1 of District 8
and to be described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of
