grees East parallel with said ditch and approximately six (6) feet in an
Easterly direction from the East side thereof nineteen hundred forty-
seven (1,947) feet through the Peter Tarr Field to a stone bounder on
the North side of the State Stone Road leading from Pocomoke City to
Snow Hill, thence runing (4) South twenty-four and one-half (24 1/2)
degrees East across said State Road thirty (30) feet to the East corner of
a culvert on the South side thereof, thence (5) South ten (10) degrees
East across what is known as the "John Sturgis Land" eighteen hundred
fifteen (1,815) feet to a stone bounder on the East side of a ditch, thence

(6) South twenty-four (24) degrees East by and with the East side of
said ditch four hundred fifty-five (455) feet to a stone bounder, thence

(7) South forty (40) degrees East six hundred fifty (650) feet to a
stone bounder on the North side of a private road leading Northeasterly
from the East side of the State Stone Road which leads from Pocomoke
City to the Virginia Line, thence (8) South forty-six and one-half (46 1/2)
degrees West by and with the North side of said private road three hun-
dred twenty-seven and one-half (327 1/2) feet to a stone bounder on the
East or Northeast side of the State Stone Road leading from Pocomoke
City to the Virginia Line, thence (9) North forty and one-half (40 1/2)
degrees West by and with the North or Northeast side of said State Stone
Road and binding thereon seven hundred forty-five (745) feet to a stone
opposite the North side of Tenth Street, thence (10) South fifty-one
(51) degrees West across the aforesaid State Stone Road and by and with
the North side of Tenth Street seven hundred sixty-nine (769) feet to a
stone bounder at the intersection of the North side of Tenth Street and
the East side of Cedar Street, thence (11) North forty-one (41) degrees
thirty-five (35) minutes West by and with the East side of Cedar Street
four hundred twenty-seven (427) feet to a stone bounder, thence (12)
South forty-eight (48) degrees twenty-five (25) minutes West three hun-
dred (300) feet across said Cedar Street and through a field to a stone-
bounder therein, thence (13) South eighty-three (83) degrees West
through a field and across the Railroad twenty-five hundred seventy-four
(2,574) feet to a stone bounder on the edge of a hill East of the Grand-
stand in the Pocomoke Fair Grounds, said point being at the end of the
fifth line of the survey of the boundaries of Pocomoke City as they existed
prior to the passage of this Act, said point being described in said survey
as "a ditch on the edge of a red hill in the field of the late William J.
Long."

193. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall be and it is here-
by authorized and directed to cause the metes and bounds, described in
Section 192 of this subtitle, to be forthwith surveyed and distinctly marked
by stones to be placed at the beginning and termination of each line and
at such other places as it deems necessary to properly locate said boundary
lines; and full power is given to the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke
City, and to its agents, servants and employees, to enter upon any and
