5202 ARTICLE 24.

fers upon said Assessment Books. And the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall be permitted to add twenty-five cents to his recording fee for each
deed that is presented to him for record without having first been pre-
sented to the Clerk of the County Commissioners, as above provided.

55. The County Commissioners of said County shall, immediately
upon the passage of this Act, have printed and furnished to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court, blank forms so printed as to indicate in detail the
information to be obtained by the said Clerk from persons offering the
deed for record.

56. There shall be three County Commissioners for Worcester County.

57. At the General Election to be held on the first Tuesday after the
first Monday in November, 1921, there shall be elected two County Com-
missioners for Worcester County to serve for a term of two years to suc-
ceed the two whose terms are then about to expire, and said two newly
elected Commissioners shall serve concurrently with the three who have
already been elected, and whose terms will expire in November, 1923,
and at the General Election to be held on the first Tuesday after the first
Monday in November, 1923, there shall be elected three County Com-
missioners for Worcester County, one of whom shall be elected for and
serve the term of two years and two of whom shall be elected for and
serve the term of four years, and thereafter on the expiration of the term
for which the said Commissioners shall have been elected there shall be
elected, respectively, one County Commissioner and two County Commis-
sioners for the term of four years to succeed the said Commissioners
whose term shall thus have respectively expired, and the terms for which
said Commissioners shall thereafter be elected shall be for the full term
of four years; and said County Commissioners shall be qualified voters
of said County and shall have resided at least two years in said Worcester
County immediately preceding their election, and shall have been owners of
and assessed with real estate in said County for at least one year preceding
their said election; and for the purpose of selecting persons eligible as
said County Commissioners, the County shall be considered as divided
into three Commissioners' Districts, one of which shall consist of Poco-
moke Election District and Atkinsons' Election District; one of Snow
Hill District, Stockton District, Colbourne's District and Newark District,
and one of East Berlin District, West Berlin District and St. Martin's
District, the same being what were formerly known as the three collection
