1910, ch. 396. 1920 Code, sec. 1.
1. The title to and control of all real, personal and mixed property of
every character and description which has heretofore been in "The Trus-
tees of the Poor of Worcester County" shall vest in the County Commis-
sioners of Worcester County, a corporate body, and the said County Com-
missioners of Worcester County shall have complete control, supervision
and management of all said property and of all matters which have here-
tofore been under the control, supervision and management of the said
"The Trustees of the Poor of Worcester County."
