4. Said trustees shall be five in number, and shall be appointed by P. L. L., 1888, Art. 21, sec. 5. 1868, ch. 99.
5. The persons so appointed, before acting as trustees, shall severally P. L. L., 1888, Art. 21, sec. 6. 1868, ch. 99.
