450 ARTICLE 2.

license to trade on foot, the sum of one hundred dollars; to trade with
horse or other beast of burden and wagon or other vehicle, the sum of
one hundred and fifty dollars; with two horses or other beasts of burden
and wagon or other vehicle, the sum of two hundred dollars; and all li-
censes issued under the provisions of this section shall be only issued for
the term of one year, and shall expire at the end of one year. Any per-
son violating the provisions of this and the preceding section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction before a justice of
the peace, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hun-
dred dollars, one-half thereof to the informer and the remainder to the
State, or be sentenced to the county jail or House of Correction for not
less than three months nor more than six months from the date of their
issue.

HERALD HARBOR ON THE SEVERN

1929, ch. 261, sec. 1.

303. The property now located in the Second Election District of
Anne Arundel County, known as "Herald Harbor on the Severn," being
the property which by deed dated the first day of July, 1924, and recorded
among the land records of Anne Arundel County in Liber W. N. W.
No. 89, folio 224, were conveyed by Joseph E. Hall and Adda M. Hall,
his wife, to Herald Harbor, Inc., and the property which by deed dated
the same day, and recorded among the land records of Anne Arundel
County in Liber W. N. W. No. 89, folio 230, was conveyed by Frank D.
Kyle and Nellie Hall Kyle, his wife, to the said Herald Harbor, Inc., are
hereby constituted a special tax district.

1929, ch. 261, sec. 2.

304. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are hereby
authorized and empowered to take over, maintain, repair, construct and
complete any and all roads located in the afore-constituted tax district,
which said roads are laid out and shown on the following plats, to wit:
Herald Harbor on the Severn, Amended Map Section A, recorded among
the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber W. N. W. No. 3, folio
32; Herald Harbor on the Severn, Amended Map Section B, recorded
among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber W. M. B. No.
1, folio 10; Herald Harbor on the Severn, Amended Map Section C,
recorded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber W.
N. W. No. 3, folio 34; Herald Harbor on the Severn, Amended Map Sec-
tion D, recorded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in
Liber W. N. W. No. 3, folio 23; Herald Harbor on the Severn, Amended
Map Section E, recorded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty in Liber W. N. W. No. 3, folio 31; Herald Harbor on the Severn, Map
Section F, recorded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in
Liber W. N. W. No. 3, folio 22.
