4338 ARTICLE 19.

vict for the acts of an agent or servant; nor to state the name of any per-
son to whom liquor is sold; nor to set forth the facts that a majority of the
legal voters of St. Mary's County voting upon said proposition voted
"Against License," but it shall be sufficient to state in that regard that
the Act took place in St. Mary's County. The issuance of an internal
revenue special tax stamp or receipt by the United States to any person
as a wholesale or retail dealer in liquors or in malt liquors at any place
within St. Mary's County after May 1st (1916), Nineteen Hundred and
Sixteen, shall be prima facie evidence of the sale of intoxicating liquor by
such person at such place, or at any place of business of such person within
such territory where such stamp or receipt is posted, and at the time
charged in any suit or prosecution under this Act; provided, such time is-
within the life of such stamp or receipt.

140. The master, owner, miller or manager of any horsemill or wind-
mill in said county, may take and receive for grinding any quantity of
corn or rye, the sixth part thereof.

141. Any person such as is described in the preceding section, who
shall take or demand any greater toll than is therein prescribed, shall for
every offence forfeit twenty dollars, to be recovered before any justice of
