PICNICS.

849. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corpora-
tion to hold any picnic, dance, soiree, or other entertainment out of doors
in Prince George's County, to which the general public are admitted,
without having first obtained a permit or license from the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County.

850. The said County Commissioners are hereby authorized and em-
powered to issue such licenses and to prescribe such reasonable rules and
regulations in connection with their said issue as may seem right and
proper, and to require the payment of reasonable fees therefor, said fees
to be spent equally for schools and roads in said county.

851. Any person, persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of
the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars.

852. The citizens of the village of Piscataway, in Prince George's
County, are a body corporate, by the name of "The Commissioners of
Piscataway," and by that name may sue and be sued, and may have and
use a common seal.

853. The male citizens of the village of Piscataway, qualified to vote
for members of the general assembly, shall, on the first Monday of May
in each year, elect three of the said citizens commissioners of said village.

854. All elections shall be held and conducted as shall from time to
time be directed by the by-laws of the commissioners, not inconsistent with
the provisions of this charter.

855. If, during the year for which they were elected, any of said com-
missioners shall die, resign, refuse to serve or remove from said village,
an election to fill the vacancy, shall be held after five days' notice, set up
at the most public places in the village; and all persons qualified to vote
at a regular election shall be entitled to vote at such special election.
